All illustration prints are packaged securely using specialised flat protective document backings for smaller formats or heavy-duty rigid mailing tubes for large scaling. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from our studio base.

Domestic orders are dispatched via tracked door-to-door courier services, with standard transit delivery estimated between 2 and 7 business days depending on your local region. International shipping timelines vary based on location parameters and customs clearing performance, with tracking data supplied automatically via email upon carrier collection. Grid and Ink is not liable for import duties or local customs taxes incurred at destination borders.
