1. Standard Shop Orders (Prints)

Protective Packaging

All illustration prints are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. We use flat, rigid protective document backings for smaller formats and heavy-duty cardboard mailing tubes for large-scale prints.

Processing Times

Our team packages and dispatches standard shop orders from our studio within 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your package is handed over to the courier.

Domestic Courier Delivery

We ship standard domestic orders directly to your door using tracked courier services. Delivery to major metropolitan hubs typically takes 2 to 7 business days, while regional and outlying areas may require additional transit time.

International Shipping

International shipping transit times vary significantly depending on your destination country and local customs processing. Grid & Ink is not liable for any customs duties, import clearance fees, or border taxes incurred at your destination.

2. "Out of Office" Postal Subscriptions

All-Inclusive Shipping Rates

Locker-to-locker delivery is entirely covered by your flat monthly subscription fee. There are never any unexpected shipping surcharges or additional delivery fees calculated at your checkout.

Locker Pick-Up Delivery Method

We ship your monthly subscriber envelopes using secure, local Pudo smart lockers. Pudo is operated by The Courier Guy, providing a highly reliable network across South Africa.

Receiving Your Locker PIN

You will receive an SMS and an email containing a secure collection PIN the moment your package is placed in your selected locker. You can then retrieve your print at a time that fits your personal schedule.

Collection Time Limits

Please note that you must collect your envelope within 36 hours of receiving your collection PIN. If a package is left uncollected beyond this window, it will be moved to the nearest courier depot and may incur return fees.

Monthly Dispatch Schedule

To keep our independent studio operations highly organized, we ship all subscription envelopes in a single batch. We pack and dispatch all subscriber mailers on or around the 15th of every month.
